Dr. Salvatore GALGANO

Salvatore Galgano is a Lecturer at the Monogastric Science Research Centre at Scotland’s Rural College (SRUC), UK. He is a microbiologist and his key research interests focus on monogastric gut microbiota and its interactions with host health and performance. Dr Galgano is also involved in several research projects, and in the development of bioinformatic pipelines.
